Staff Announcement

BADMINTON ONTARIO is very excited to announce Elizabeth (Liz) Duong in the new part-time position of Operations Coordinator.  Liz is joining us from her most recent position of an Executive Assistant and Administration.

Liz has emerged from the Ontario athlete pathway leading her to be familiar with the tournament environment.  Her experience with tournament organization and running the draw desk at the local level will benefit the organization in its core operations.

“I am so happy to be offered this opportunity to work with a great group of people and meeting more from different districts. I love badminton and am so happy to be of help,” said the incoming Operations Coordinator, Liz Duong. “I look forward to being a part of Badminton Ontario and preparing to jump back strong into badminton when things open!”

As we enter into a new cycle of our Strategic Plan and build a safe return to play campaign, Liz will play an important role in guiding the organization as we emerge from the pandemic and associated restrictions. Badminton Ontario is excited to have Liz join our team!

Liz begins with Badminton Ontario on Tuesday, June 1st.

Should you have any questions, please contact Badminton Ontario at jean.wong@badmintonontario.ca.
