2023-2024 Club Affiliation Fees

Description

Club affiliation is managed and administered between the club and Badminton Ontario, with affiliation fees paid directly to BON by the clubs.

There are two distinct fee options for clubs wishing to affiliate with Badminton Ontario:

1. 1. Affiliation Fees (for BON insured clubs) – $7/individual
   2. Affiliation Fees (for clubs not insured by BON) – tiered fees based on membership size

Clubs will be invoiced on a quarterly basis throughout the year for their affiliate membership reported through Powerhouse on the following billing schedule:

Billing Schedule 2023-2024:

• Monday, January 8, 2024 (for all registrations between September 1-December 31)
• Monday, April 1, 2024 (for additional registrations between January 1-March 31)
• Tuesday, July 2, 2024 (for additional registrations between April 1-June 30)
• Monday, September 2, 2024 (for additional registrations between July 1-August 31)
