PlayerWeb and Insurance

As we approach the 22.23 season, clubs need to re-affiliate with Badminton Ontario. Clubs must be affiliated before their clubs will have the ability for their members to participate in BON/BCAN events. To do so: 

  1. Clubs affiliate with their district and submit number of members (independent from BON, each district has their own affiliation model)
  2. Submit the Certificate of Insurance request to your district president (more info below)
  3. Have all club members registered on PlayerWeb

The attached certificate request forms for the insurance certificates to be completed and sent to the inbox IBAM.StoneyCreek.Sports@ajg.com. The process is the same as the previous years. Insurance coverage is September 01, 2022 to September 01, 2023. 

The insurance provider has advised that each district is responsible for double checking the coverages each member club has and confirming the certificate request is correct.

You can submit these forms any time now for the period starting September 01, 2022. Please include the BON email (info@badmintonontario.ca) in the “Certificate to be forwarded to:” box. We have inputted the email there for your convenience.
