Badminton Canada is currently seeking a full-time Executive Director (ED) to oversee day-to-day operations, lead and collaborate a small team of dedicated employees, carry out the policies set forth by the organization’s governance structure, and continue to evolve the organization to meet its future needs, opportunities, and challenges.
The ED has ultimate accountability for fulfilling the ambitious goals set forth in its Strategic Plan. Implicit in this will be the ongoing diversification and increase of Badminton Canada’s revenue base to maximize achievement of its longer-term goals.
Additionally, the ED is a spokesperson and ambassador for the organization and will lead all aspects of
Badminton Canada’s communications strategy and partnership development with integrity and in accordance with Badminton Canada’s Strategic Plan and core values.
