Fast and Female Power Hour

Calling all self-identified girls, ages 8-14: join us on Wednesday, July 21st from 7:00 – 8:30 pm EST for an exciting Fast and Female Virtual Power Hour, hosted by Badminton Canada REAL (Relatable, Empower, Active Leaders) Role Models!

What is a Power Hour?
Power Hours are 1-2 hour, fun-filled, non-competitive events for girls that connect them to REAL Role Models. A Power Hour is made up for four parts:

  1. Introduction and connection to Fast and Female REAL Role Models from Badminton Canada
  2. Group Physical Activity
  3. 30 minute workshop, focused on body image
  4. And a Q&A style panel with our REAL Role Models!

How do I register?
This is a FREE event for girls, ages 8-14. Every participant that registers will receive a Fast and Female swag pack in the mail, including a Fast and Female t-shirt, snack, and more! This Power Hour will be hosted over Zoom. All registrants will receive the Zoom link at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
