Applicants for International Olympic Academy


The COC will be sending three representatives between the ages of 20 and 35 to Olympia, Greece to participate in the annual Young Participants Session at the International Olympic Academy (IOA).

The IOA unites some of the world’s most vibrant young leaders in sport and physical activity from approximately 100 nations. The session will take place from June 17 – July 1, 2017 and will focus on Olympic Legacy with a special look at the Ethics, Education and Governance in the Olympic Movement. Ideal candidates will exhibit leadership, knowledge and enthusiasm for the development of sport and physical activity.

This opportunity is available to all to participate. Selection criteria:

Between 20-35 years old
Be actively involved in sport
Complete the online application form
Applications are due by February 13, 2017 at 5 p.m.

Le COC enverra trois représentants âgés de 20 à 35 ans à Olympie, en Grèce, pour participer au programme annuel de la Session internationale pour jeunes participants de l’Académie internationale olympique (AIO).

L’AIO rassemble certains des jeunes leaders les plus remarquables du milieu du sport et de l’activité physique, issus d’environ 100 pays différents. La Session se déroulera du 17 juin au 1er juillet 2017 et sera axée sur l’héritage olympique, plus particulièrement sur l’éthique, l’éducation et la gouvernance au sein du Mouvement olympique. En plus de posséder les connaissances nécessaires dans le domaine, les candidats recherchés font preuve d’enthousiasme et de leadership pour le développement du sport et de l’activité physique.

Toute personne répondant aux critères ci-dessous peut présenter sa candidature :

Être âgé de 20 à 35 ans;
Être impliqué activement dans le sport
