Venue: 4 U Bad Centre, 1303C Aerowood Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 2P6 (Venue has washroom and change facilities but does not have any showers available for use)

Parking: There is parking available along the side of the building with no charge

Events: MD40+, WD40+, XD40+, MD45+, WD45+, XD45+, MD50+, WD50+, XD50+, MD60+, WD60+, XD60+
40+ = Born by 1974; 45+ = Born by 1969; 50+ = Born by 1964; 60+ = Born by 1954

Entry restrictions:
Participants may either play in their own age category and/or play down in a lower age category.
Each participant may only enter into a maximum of 2 doubles events or 2 mixed-doubles events plus one other, totalling a maximum of 3 events for the tournament (e.g. MD 45, MD 40, XD 40)

You do not have to hold a Badminton Ontario players card to enter this event.

Entry Fee:
$40 for two events entered, with an additional fee of $5 for a third event entered

Schedule:
Registration @ 8:15am
Short welcome speech @ 9:00am
Matches begin @ 9:10am
Specific start times for each event will be posted shortly after registration closes

Defaults
Match times will be scheduled and posted for the first round for all events
Players must be ready to play for their matches up to 30 minutes before the posted start time
Players will be defaulted if they are unable to play after 10 mins of being called

Prize:
Medals will be awarded to the main round draw winner and finalist in each event or the top 2 players from a round robin.
Medals will also be awarded to the consolation winner, if consolation is played.

Entry Deadline:
Entry deadline is Thursday November 13 at 11:59pm.
Players withdrawing from the tournament must contact their partner(s) and the tournament chair (through email listed below)
Players withdrawing from the tournament after the deadline will not receive a refund unless a medical note signed by a physician is provided

Dress Code:
Appropriate badminton attire is required, such as non-marking court shoes.
Approved safety eyewear (goggles) is highly recommended for all doubles matches.

Photography and Video Consent:
By registering and participating at this event, you are agreeing to part of any photographs or videos that will be taken of you at the tournament, for the purpose of promoting the sport of badminton and TDBA

Other info:
There will be a limit of two feather shuttles per match provided.
This tournament will be cancelled at the discretion of TDBA if there are not enough participants and will be announced November 14
