Participants need to hold a Badminton Ontario P/T Masters card to enter this event. This card allows participation in all Masters events including the Provincial Championship.
Early bird fee of $45 for all events will be in effect until Oct 12, 2019. Fee will change to $45 for first 2 events and $5 for each additional event if registered between Oct 13 and Oct 19.

**Masters must be that age as of the first date of the tournament, Oct 26, 2019**
Participants may either play in their own age category and/or play down in a lower age category.
Each participant may only enter into a maximum of 2 doubles events and 2 mixed-doubles events, totalling a maximum of 4 events for the tournament (e.g. MD 35, XD35, MD 40, XD 40)

Saturday, October 26 all MD and WD / Sunday, October 27 all XD
Registration @ 8:15am / Matches begin @ 9:00am
Specific start times for each event will be posted shortly after registration closes
Match times will be scheduled and posted for the first round for all events
Players must be ready to play for their matches up to 30 minutes before the posted start time
Players will be defaulted if they are unable to play after 10 mins of being called
Medals will be awarded to the main round draw winner and finalist in each event or the top 2 players from a round robin.
Medals will also be awarded to the consolation winner, if consolation is played.
Entry deadline is Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11:59pm.
Players withdrawing from the tournament must contact their partner(s) and the tournament chair (through email listed below)
Players withdrawing from the tournament after the deadline will not receive a refund unless a medical note signed by a physician is provided
Appropriate badminton attire is required, such as non-marking court shoes.
Approved safety eyewear (goggles) is highly recommended for all doubles matches.
There will be a limit of two feather shuttles per match provided.
