30+ = Born in 1990; 35+ = Born in 1985; 40+ = Born in 1980; 45+ = Born in 1975; 50+ = Born in 1970; 55+ = Born in 1965
**Masters must be that age as of the first date of the tournament, January 25th, 2020**
Participants may either play in their own age category and/or play down in a lower age category.
Each participant may only enter into a maximum of 2 doubles events and 2 mixed-doubles events, totalling a maximum of 4 events for the tournament (e.g. MD 35, XD35, MD 40, XD 40)
You must hold a Badminton Ontario P/T Masters card to enter this event.
$45 flat fee to enter all events (1, 2, 3 or 4 events).
Entry fee is $45 per player for 1-4 events, Entry fees are payable through e-transfer.

Saturday, January 25th (8:00 am to 1:00 pm) all MD and WD
Sunday, January 26th (9:00 am to 3:00 pm) all XD
Check-in will begin 45 minutes before your first match time.
Specific start times for each event will be posted shortly after registration closes.
Match times will be scheduled and posted for the first round for all events
Players must be ready to play for their matches up to 30 minutes before the posted start time
Players will be defaulted if they are unable to play after 10 mins of being called
Medals will be awarded to the main round draw winner and finalist in each event or the top 2 players from a round robin.
Medals will also be awarded to the consolation winner, if consolation is played.
Entry deadline is Friday, January 17, 2020 at 11:59pm.
Players withdrawing from the tournament must contact their partner(s) and the tournament chair (through email listed below)
Players withdrawing from the tournament after the deadline will not receive a refund unless a medical note signed by a physician is provided
Appropriate badminton attire is required, such as non-marking court shoes.
Approved safety eyewear (goggles) is highly recommended for all doubles matches.
There will be a limit of two feather shuttles per match provided. This tournament will be cancelled at the discretion of YDBA if there are not enough participants and will be announced January 18th, 2020
