There is parking available along the side of the building with no charge (on Progress Ave., turn onto Cosentino Drive to enter the parking lot)

35+ = Born in 1982; 40+ = Born in 1977; 45+ = Born in 1972; 50+ = Born in 1967; 55+ = Born in 1962;
60+ = Born in 1957
Participants may either play in their own age category and/or play down in a lower age category.
Each participant may only enter into a maximum of 2 doubles events and 2 mixed-doubles events, totalling a maximum of 4 events for the tournament (e.g. MD 35, XD35, MD 40, XD 40)
You should hold a Badminton Ontario players' card to enter this event, if not, then you will be asked to pay a levy fee of $10.00 to enter.
$45 flat fee to enter all events (1, 2, 3 or 4 events), with an additional fee of $10 if you do not hold a Badminton Ontario players’ card.
Saturday, November 25th all MD and WD
Sunday, November 26th all XD
Registration @ 8:15am
Matches begin @ 9:00am
Specific start times for each event will be posted shortly after registration closes
Match times will be scheduled and posted for the first round for all events
Players must be ready to play for their matches up to 30 minutes before the posted start time
Players will be defaulted if they are unable to play after 10 mins of being called
Medals will be awarded to the main round draw winner and finalist in each event or the top 2 players from a round robin.
Medals will also be awarded to the consolation winner, if consolation is played.
Entry deadline is Saturday November 18, 2017 at 11:59pm.
Players withdrawing from the tournament must contact their partner(s) and the tournament chair (through email listed below)
Players withdrawing from the tournament after the deadline will not receive a refund unless a medical note signed by a physician is provided
Appropriate badminton attire is required, such as non-marking court shoes.
Approved safety eyewear (goggles) is highly recommended for all doubles matches.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONSENT:
By registering and participating at this event, you are agreeing to part of any photographs or videos that will be taken of you at the tournament, for the purpose of promoting the sport of badminton and TDBA
There will be a limit of two feather shuttles per match provided.
This tournament will be cancelled at the discretion of TDBA if there are not enough participants and will be announced November 18
